ِ1-Providing contracts and contractual documents, including technology transfer agreements (Licence and Know-How), EPC, EP, E Contracts, Technical Assistance Contracts or PMCs, BOO, BOT, BOOT contracts in Farsi, English, Germany, and France includes the preparation and arrangement of various types of agreements (MOU) and (MOM).

2- Review and comment on contracts, Tender Documents, and other related documents.

3- Reviewing and commenting on contractual/legal issues of the project, such as change orders and coordination procedures.

4-Reviewing and commenting on contractual matters, claims by contractors, as well as participate in the negotiation of contractual disputes and participation in their settlement.
